From movies and meals to golfing and new adventures, our group is here to support you, make life fun again, and help you build lasting friendships. It’s about more than just getting by – it’s about living fully and finding strength in community.

Natural food to lower blood pressure

Fruit: Berries, Bananas, Pomegranates, Prunes, Melons, Pineapples (Citrus fruits avoid eating grapefruit with Statin prescriptions)

Vegetables: Potatoes, Beets, Tomatoes, Green Leafy Vegetables
