This is an inclusive event – everyone is welcome! Explore traditional yoga poses on the mat with modifications to suit individual needs, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation. Everyone is welcome! Jenn provides whole class instruction with individual support. Please bring a yoga mat or towel.
